Following the critical success of her graphic memoir Smile, Eisner Award-winning and #1 New York Times bestselling comics creator Raina Telgemeier returns to her graphic memoir style with the companion Sisters. In full-color comic format, and with her signature humor and charm, Raina tells the story of her antagonistic relationship with her younger sister, which unfolds during the course of a road trip from their home in San Francisco to a family reunion in Colorado.

Raina Telgemeier grew up in San Francisco and moved to New York City, where she earned an illustration degree at the School of Visual Arts. SMILE, a critically acclaimed graphic memoir based on her childhood, was a New York Times bestseller, appearing for more than 95 weeks on the list, winner of the Eisner Award for Best Publication for Teens, and received a Boston Globe-Horn Book Honor. Her most recent book, the full–color graphic novel DRAMA was another #1 New York Times bestseller and Kirkus raved in a starred review, “this book will undoubtedly make readers stand up and cheer.” Raina also adapted and illustrated The Baby-sitters Club graphic novels, which were selected for YALSA’s Great Graphic Novels for Teens list and Booklist’s Top 10 Graphic Novels for Youth list. Raina lives in Astoria, New York, with her husband and fellow comics artist, Dave Roman. To learn more, visit her online at goRaina.com and on Twitter at @GoRaina.
